Fencing Fitness is a fun, sociable group workout class with a fencing twist.

Great music, great cardio and great people – what’s not to like? You’ll get lots of fencing practice during your class, so you can build up your skills and work up a sweat. 

You might be wondering, “is fencing good exercise?” - the short answer is yes! Fencing offers a great workout from a cardio fitness perspective as well as working muscles from your core to your glutes.

  • Bring your own mask, glove and weapon if you have them. If not, we’d be happy to lend you these for the class.

    Wear comfortable clothes and trainers. Remember to bring some water too!

  • Fencing Fitness is for everyone at Improver level and above. If you’ve done a beginner fencing course or have more than 3 months experience, that means you!

    If you are a complete beginner, sign up to one of our Beginner Adult Group Classes to get started.

  • Not at all, all our classes are available for guests to book.

    However, we do offer member’s discounts on classes if you’re looking to join regularly!
